What do I need for the first conversation?

A short description of the task, the parties involved and the desired timeframe is enough to start. We then discuss together which further documents are useful.

Is the first conversation already an engagement?

No. The first conversation is for getting to know each other and assessing your task. A mandate is only taken on based on a jointly agreed mandate agreement.

Do I need to send all documents straight away?

No. Start by describing your matter. We will then agree with you which documents are needed next and how they are exchanged.
