Trust needsclear rules.
Fiduciary and escrow mandates require everyone involved to know who they are dealing with. That is why we review every mandate carefully before accepting it.
Diligence beginsbefore a mandate is accepted.
As a fiduciary service provider, Valoris is subject to special due diligence obligations under the German Anti-Money Laundering Act (Geldwäschegesetz, GwG). We identify our contractual partners, establish the beneficial owners and document the purpose and nature of the business relationship.
We only accept mandates that we can carry out in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. We check whether a project meets these requirements before accepting the mandate – together with your advisers where needed.
Four steps.Before every mandate.
This review is a prerequisite for any collaboration – for fiduciary and escrow mandates alike, and for all parties involved.
- 01
Identification
We identify all contractual parties using valid identity or registry documents.
- 02
Beneficial owners
For companies, we establish the ownership and control structure and the individuals behind it.
- 03
Purpose & source
We document the purpose and nature of the business relationship and – where required – the source of funds.
- 04
Ongoing monitoring
During the mandate, we watch for changes and screen parties against sanctions lists.

- Parties are subject to sanctions or embargoes.
- The project serves to circumvent legal or regulatory requirements.
- The cooperation required for the review is refused.
Transparent.In compliance, too.
