How we work

Knowing from the startwhat comes next.

A good process makes collaboration easier. Together with you, we agree the steps, responsibilities and information channels – tailored to your mandate.

In five steps

A clear process.For every mandate.

Whether fiduciary or escrow: every step has a defined result you can rely on.

  1. 01
    Introduction

    Understanding your matter

You describe the task, the parties involved and your timeframe. We clarify the situation and assess together whether, and under which conditions, Valoris can take on the mandate.

    The result

A shared understanding of the task.

  2. 02
    Defining the mandate

    Agreeing the framework

We record the purpose, scope, authority and responsibilities – including information channels, dates, release conditions and the requirements for completion. The agreed scope forms the basis of our offer.

    The result

    A traceable mandate agreement.

  3. 03
    An orderly start

    Preparing the takeover

After the legally required identification of all parties, documents and instructions are taken over in an orderly way. We agree who provides information, who grants approvals and which conditions must be met before execution.

    The result

A coordinated process with named parties.

  4. 04
    Ongoing support

    Executing the mandate

Valoris carries out the agreed tasks and documents key steps. In the agreed reports, you receive information on the status, open items and upcoming decisions.

    The result

    Transparency throughout the collaboration.

  5. 05
    Completion & handover

    Closing properly

At the end, we resolve open items, summarise the execution and agree the handover of relevant documents or the release of deposited assets. For ongoing mandates, we review further needs regularly.

    The result

An orderly handover and a clear conclusion.

For escrow mandates

Two parties.One neutral party.

In an escrow mandate, Valoris stands between the parties. Deposited assets are released only once the agreed conditions have been verifiably met.

  1. Party A 01Deposit

Money, rights or documents are deposited with Valoris.

  2. Valoris 02Review

We check whether the agreed evidence is available.

  3. Party B 03Release

Release to the recipient – or return as agreed.

During the mandate

You keepthe overview.

Reports and coordination follow your task. We make visible which steps have been completed, which decisions are still needed and what happens next.

  • Direct – named contacts
  • Coordinated – agreed approval channels
  • Traceable – documented steps
  • Regular – reports as agreed
For the first conversation

A few details.A solid foundation.

You do not need complete documentation for our introduction. This information helps us with the initial assessment.

Describe your matter
  1. 01

    What should the mandate achieve?

  2. 02

Which fiduciary tasks would you like to transfer – or what should be deposited?

  3. 03

Who is involved and who is your contact person?

  4. 04

Are there already documents or agreements?

  5. 05

Which dates or dependencies are relevant?

During our collaboration

When somethingchanges.

Adjustments need a clear framework, too.

How do I know where my mandate stands?

We agree a suitable frequency and scope for status reports. They summarise completed steps, open items and upcoming decisions.

What happens if my mandate changes?

We discuss the change and its impact on tasks, dates and responsibilities. Extensions are agreed and documented before they become part of the execution.

How are fees agreed?

The effort depends on the scope, duration and coordination required for the mandate. We discuss these points before accepting the mandate and set out the fee in the offer or mandate agreement.
