Good to know

Your questions.Clear answers.

The essentials before our first conversation.

Discuss your matter
Which tasks does Valoris take on?

Valoris takes on fiduciary and escrow mandates. These include agreed administration, settlement, documentation and reporting as well as the conditional deposit and release of assets, rights and documents. Whether a specific task can be taken on is clarified in the initial meeting.

What is an escrow mandate?

In an escrow mandate, one party deposits money, rights or documents with Valoris as a neutral party. They are released to the other party only once the conditions agreed in advance have been verifiably met.

How is the scope of a mandate defined?

Before we start, we jointly record the purpose, tasks, authority and responsibilities. The term, reporting lines and conditions for completion are also part of the agreement.

Does Valoris also offer tax advice or accounting?

No. Valoris provides fiduciary and escrow services exclusively. Tax advice, legal advice, accounting, payroll and general management consulting are not part of our offering.

How do I know where my mandate stands?

We agree a suitable frequency and scope for status reports. They summarise completed steps, open items and upcoming decisions.

What do I need for the first conversation?

A short description of the task, the parties involved and the desired timeframe is enough to start. We then discuss together which further documents are useful.
