2. Visiting the website

When you visit this website, technically necessary connection data may be processed. This includes in particular the IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, referrer, browser type and operating system. Processing takes place to provide the website securely and without technical errors on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Contacting us

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to entering into a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR or your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

The contact form on this website does not send your details to our server. It creates a message in your email program, which you review and send yourself.

4. Mandate initiation and anti-money laundering

If you request a mandate, we process the information required for our review. Where we are obliged to identify the parties under the German Anti-Money Laundering Act (GwG), processing is based on Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with the provisions of the GwG. We retain the documents collected for this purpose for the legally required period.

5. Recipients and retention

Data is passed on only where necessary to handle your enquiry or mandate, to comply with legal obligations or for the technical operation of the website. We delete personal data as soon as the purpose of processing no longer applies and no statutory retention obligations prevent this.

6. Cookies, fonts and analytics

This website does not use cookies and does not use any analytics or marketing tools. Fonts are loaded from our own server; no connection is made to third-party servers such as Google Fonts. Details can be found in our cookie policy.

7. Your rights

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

8. Data security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. This website is transmitted in encrypted form via TLS.
