Good to know.Before you start.
How is the scope of a mandate defined?
Before we start, we jointly record the purpose, tasks, authority and responsibilities. The term, reporting lines and conditions for completion are also part of the agreement.
What happens if my mandate changes?
We discuss the change and its impact on tasks, dates and responsibilities. Extensions are agreed and documented before they become part of the execution.
How are fees agreed?
The effort depends on the scope, duration and coordination required for the mandate. We discuss these points before accepting the mandate and set out the fee in the offer or mandate agreement.
